All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.

 

Commissions

• After a design is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required for all commissions in order for the making process to start and then the balance will be paid upon finishing the making, before the client receives the piece.

• The 50% deposit should be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice and the remaining 50% should also be paid within 14 days when the invoice is received. 

• If you decide to not follow the commission through, then the 50% deposit will be non-refundable. But please message directly if you have any concerns. 

 

Delivery​

• We aim to dispatch items held in stock via Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery within 2-5 working days (For items in the UK).

• Items which are made to order/bespoke commissions will be discussed with the client with a timeframe put in place. 

• We are happy to ship internationally, please contact us so we can find the best shipping solution for your purchase. 

• We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs checks.

• Any customs charges/import tax are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns and exchanges

• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. After this period, returns will not be accepted. The item must be in their original packaging and the item must be in the condition it was received in, unworn, unused and undamaged.

• If the piece is damaged upon receiving it, please contact me as soon as possible and we can sort this out for you.

• We do not cover postage costs for returns, unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

• Unfortunately, bespoke commissions or personalised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they contain a manufacturing fault.

• Katie Watson Designs is not liable for any items lost in transit.

• If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order
